NORA began with a love of running and a belief that running can be so much more than putting one foot in front of the other.
It can give you somewhere to go when life feels difficult.
It can bring people together.
It can give you confidence, connection, and a reason to get out the door.
And the people you meet along the way make all the difference.
Why I started NORA
I wanted to create a running community that felt different.
A place where people could turn up exactly as they are. Where you don't have to prove how fast or how far you can run. Where there's someone to run beside you, someone to celebrate the little wins with you, and where the coffee afterwards matters just as much as the miles.
So NORA was born.

What started as a local community in Hagley has grown into something I hope can become much bigger.
Because I don't think this feeling should just belong to one town.
